KTR wants IT Sector to be taken to Other Cities:- The government of Telangana has been receiving and is making wise investments by welcoming several corporate biggies of the globe. Right from the land allocation to providing of the right infrastructure, the government is calculative and got huge investments over the past few years. These would be fetching lakhs of jobs for the unemployed in the state. The IT sector is established in Hyderabad and the state's IT Minister KTR is keen to take the sector to the other cities of the state. He expressed his interest about the move and announced IT parks for cities like Warangal and others.

To balance the economic growth and to generate employment opportunities, KTR urged the tech companies to invest in the tier 2 cities of Telangana. He inaugurated the L&T Infotech office space at the L&T Metro Building in Hitech City and he made the announcement. "The government of Telangana is providing incentives for IT firms in cities like Karimnagar, Warangal, Khammam, Nizamabad, Nalgonda, Adilabad and Mahabubnagar. There is no need to operate only from Hyderabad. The boys and girls from the smaller cities too are capable and there is lot of work to be done. Some of them are not ready to relocate to Bengaluru or Hyderabad. There is talent in tier 2 cities. It would be good if the tech biggies can consider to set up their office spaces in tier 2 cities so that there would growth and development. The government will provide the needed incentives for the tech firms who are interested to set up their work spaces in the above cities" told KTR.
