Mukesh Ambani overtakes Gautam Adani and retains Asia's Richest Tag:- Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani retained the top spot as the Asia's Richest person and he over took Gautam Adani. Mukesh Ambani is also in the eighth spot in the world's richest businessmen. Mukesh Ambani has a net worth of 99.7 billion USD as per the reports from the Bloomberg Billionaire Index. Gautam Adani has a net worth of 98.7 billion USD and he is now in the ninth spot in the list. Bloomberg Billionaires Index keeps a track of the net worth of the richest people. Mukesh Ambani's wealth increased by 3.59 billion USD while Gautam Adani could add 2.96 billion USD for his net worth.

The shares of Reliance Industries Limited went up by three percent on Friday's trade and are at Rs 2816.35. The shares of Reliance surged by 6.79 percent in the last one week and it rose by 16.61 percent in 2022. Reliance shares delivered 27 percent returns last year. The performance of March quarter for Reliance reported 22.50 percent increase in the consolidated net profit and it took to Rs 16,203 ccrores and it was Rs 13,227 crores last year. The revenue from the operation increased by 36.79 percent . Tesla founder Elon Musk enjoys the top slot in the richest person in the world. Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is in the second place in the list.
