Notwithstanding the Pakistani threat of dire consequences in the event of another violation of its sovereignty by any country, the US conducted yet an another punitive Drone strike on Pakistani soil to target the Taliban and Al-Qaida terrorist leaders Mullah Omar and Al Zawahiri on Friday.

The strike followed pressure on the Obama administration to go after the other key terror operators sheltered by Pakistan after the American Seals killed the Al-Qaida terrorist leader Osama Bin Laden in a commando operation last Sunday night.

Friday’s air strike in the Datta Khel region of Pakistan killed 12 militants and injured some more terrorists.

It has now been established that, months before the commando strike on Laden, the American intelligence operatives hired a safe house nearer to his building and observed his movements daily.
 
The American intelligence agency CIA did this without being noticed by the Pakistani inter services intelligence agency ISI which keeps a high vigil on Abbotabad military area near Islamabad where Laden lived in a safe house.

The Obama Administration is very much convinced that Pakistan is sheltering the top terrorist leaders Mullah Omar and Al Zawahiri.
