Emirates has recently launched its global sale offer by allowing customers to avail 15% discount on a few destinations spread around the world. Covered in this list of destinations are 50 popular tourist locations in the busuness and economy classes. The discounted bookings can be availed from the 16th of July to the 23th of the month. The ticket should be booked for a journey before November 30, 2012.

With the discounts in effects economy class return airfare from Kolkata to Dubai will start at Rs 23,780 inclusive of taxes while a to and fro ticket to Kuwait stands at Rs 24,370, Johannesburg at Rs 48,710, Mauritius at Rs 45,920, London at Rs 46,070, Frankfurt at Rs 47,200, Zurich at Rs 47,780, Paris at Rs 38,550, New York at Rs 66,030 and Los Angeles at Rs 71,700.

North India regional manager for Emirates, Vinay Malhotra, said that they have always been planning to introduce certain offers for the Indian customers for promotion in the country and helping them to travel the world at a relatively cheaper price. He also said that this would give the passengers another reason to opt for their airlines.

Geetika Seth, Airlines sales manager for the east was confident that this offer would be a success considering the monsoon season.
Emirates operates 185 weekly flights to 10 Indian destinations in India.
