Yes folks, you have not misread it! It is not the girl with a dragon tattoo but an underage boy with a dragon tattoo and in real life. A tattoo at 13 years? A little too young don't you think?

A 13 year old unidentified boy was spotted with a dragon tattoo on his chest. And the tattoo wasn't small too; the 6- inch tattoo has been pierced onto his chest and the tail barely missing his nipples.
The boy had told his mom that the tattoo depicts his success in battling leukemia but he has not revealed who had done it to him.
The State Department of the Licensing is investigating the case and would soon decide whether or not to impose a suspension, or fine.
In a couple of years after issuing licesces to the tattoo shops and artist, there have been over 383 tatoo shops with over 1214 registered artists.
The police came to know if the tattoo from a family friend who spotted it on the boy's chest. The police also said that the parents had no knowledge of it until it was done and they would have not allowed or even condoned the behavior.

However, tattoos aren't new to the family. The mom and her son had got a tattoo of a heart to mark their good health, in Texas where it was legal for minors to get a tattoo with the permission of an adult.
