Sankar rao asks Kodanda to stop talking filth

ShankararaoTextiles Minister P. Sankara Rao today took the Telangana political JAC chairman Professor Kodanda ram to task for saying that he would conduct final rites and monthly ceremony of the AP assembly.

Speaking to media persons at the Media Point in the assembly, Sankara rao said that the comments of Kodanda ram had denigrated the sanctity of the assembly and he should tender apologies to the people of the state.

It might be mentioned that Kodanda ram had commented recently that the AP assembly was dead and only its final rites needed to be performed. “We will conduct its monthly ceremony,” he told newspersons on an occasion.

The Minister demanded the Deputy Speaker Nadendla Manohar to take suitable action against Kodanda ram for his scandalous comments against the assembly. “I will lodge a complaint with the Chair against him and demand action,” he said.

The Minister said that Kodanda ram has no respect towards the assembly. “It is not befitting his status,” he said adding a privilege notice will be sent to him if necessary.
