SA students’ JAC discusses action plan

Seema Andhra students JAC, action plan of Seema Andhra JAC The JAC of the students of the 14 universities of Seema Andhra area today held a meeting at Nagarjuna University at Guntur and debated over an action plan to agitate to keep the state united.

Opposing any possible division of the state by the central government, the student leaders said they have decided to demand the centre to keep the state united. “We will send a representation to the centre opposing division of the state and request it not take any decision that would divide the AP,” they told media persons at the end of the meeting.

They have also asked the MPs of the Seema Andhra region to be ready to submit their resignations in case the government takes a decision in favour of separate Telangana state. “They have to resign in case of a favourable decision for Telangana state and we will pressure them to quit in case they don’t voluntarily resign,” the JAC leaders said.

The JAC leaders however did not reveal the action plan they wanted to implement for keeping the state united.
