With the Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar returning to Hyderabad this morning, suspended TDP leader Nagam Janardhan reddy, TDP MLAs Hariswara reddy and Jogu Ramanna met him separately in his chambers today and requested him to accept their resignations.
“Please accept our resignations with in 72 hours,” they requested the Speaker. Nagam later told media persons they would hold dharnas in front of the Speaker’s office if their resignations are not accepted.
The three MLAs are the first to send in their resignations demanding formation of Telangana state. “We told him we submitted our resignations voluntarily and without any force,” they said.
