As part of the investigations into the APIIC-Emaar land scam and the alleged illegal wealth case registered against the YSR Congress president Mr YS Jaganmohan Reddy, the CBI today called the representatives of the Trimex group owned by Mr Koneru Prasad today for questioning.
The CBI investigators questioned the company officials for their involvement in the Emaar land scam. Reports said the CBI give a detailed questionnaire and sought clear answers from them on the Emaar land scam.
Sources said specially constituted teams are examining the documents and files seized in the second round of raids on the Sakshi daily and other companies which invested in Jagan firms. The officials are also thoroughly examining the records pertaining to the bank transactions of various companies in the Emaar scam.
