The GHMC officials disclosed today that they have not yet issued occupancy certificate to the house constructed by the YSR Congress Party president Mr YS Jaganmohan reddy at the Lotus Pond area in the Jubilee Hills of Hyderabad.
“Jagan has applied for the occupancy certificate even before the construction was completed and for this reason only we had rejected it,” they told journalists.
The officials said that the certificate would be issued if the house construction is found to be in accordance with the approved building plan. “If there are deviations, no occupancy certificate will be issued,” they said.
To a question, they said they have already submitted the related files and documents of the Lotus Pond residence of Jagan to the CBI.
Jagan on Odarpu Yatra in Guntur district
Even as the CBI, accompanied by the officials of the GHMC and NRSA, is busy assessing the value of the Lotus Pond residence of Jagan in Hyderabad, Jagan is on a tour of Guntur district for his Odarpu Yatra.
Jagan visited the Duggirala turmeric yard and said the government has increased the support price of turmeric by Rs.1000 ahead of his tour of the district. “At least they had increased it now,” he said during his meeting with the turmeric farmers.
