The high court today adjourned till Nov 18 hearing on the petitions filed by mining mafia don Gali Janardhan reddy and his brother in law Mr Srinivasa reddy seeking quashing of proceedings in the illegal mining case and release them on bail.
The court also adjourned till Nov 18 hearing on the petition filed by CBI seeking the custody of Janardhan reddy and Srinivasa reddy.
The CBI said it had questioned the accused for six days only and would need their custody for another nine days for further questioning. The court will take up both the petitions on Nov 18.
