In view of the proposed cabinet expansion this week, the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, is to leave to Delhi, to get high command’s blessings on his suggestions. To discuss on the inclusion of two ministers from the Praja Rajyam Party, the CM is leaving today in the evening to the nation’s capital.
CM shall participate in a revenue meeting at Medak district and leave straight from the venue to the Shamshabad airport and take a flight to the capital. After the major victory at the Partnership Summit 2012, in which the state has garnered approximately 6.50 Lakh Cr investment proposals, the CM has become a `hero’ overnight, getting an edge over his detractors. So this visit might be crucial in curtailing the roles of a few critics within the party and inclusion of his loyalists in the cabinet. Political critics feel that the CM is in a comfortable position as of now.
And this visit might see some people, especially who are against him, to face a little ire from the high command. CM shall be meeting the State in-Charge Ghulam Nabi Azad, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and the Party President Sonia Gandhi, during the visit.
