PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana has met the UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi this morning. The sources said that he discussed the bypolls. Earlier, chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy met her and gave a report. Before that Botsa also gave a report to Sonia on defeat of Congress in bypolls. So, it looks like Congress high command is disturbed and disappointed over bypolls results.
