A non-bailable warrant has been issued on minister Parthasarathy. The special court in Hyderabad, which tries financial irregularities, has issued this notice. It may be recalled that the Enforcement Directorate filed a case on Parthasarathy in 2002 for allegedly violating FERA Act while he was the managing director of KPR Teleproductions.

The court, which has been trying this case since then, has today issued a non-bailable warrant on him and directed the city police to produce him before the court as soon as possible. The court held that minister was not supporting the trials because of which it has issued this NBW.
