Power Crisis takes center stage!

Well it is not the usual power crisis one imagines that we are talking about, we are speaking about the power outage faced by the state. While some blame it on the improper management of the government, others feel otherwise. Well the AP Transco, today said that of the state is buying nearly 29 Million units of power from outside, yet the power outage seems inevitable. While the cities are bearing the brunt of three hour power outage, the Corporations have 5 hours and towns have 6 hours power cuts. The worst are the villages which do not have power for nearly 12 hours from 6 am – 6pm. This the plan envisaged by the government to tide over the crisis.

The industries are supposed to get just power for three days in a week, with Sunday considered as holiday. Already the FAPI had earlier today slammed the government over the power outages that are ruining their chances of survival. (With inputs from internet-AW AarKay)
