Special rituals were performed by the fans and well-wishers of YSRC president Jaganmohan Reddy. A large number of people at several temples in the state offered prayers for the welfare of Jagan.  All they wishes was-bail should be granted to Jagan. At the famous Suryadevalayam in Arasavalli, the youth have offered 1,101 coconuts to the lord for the same.

The political observers said that Jaganmohan Reddy despite facing allegations of holding illegal assets, Jagan is being hailed and prayed by so many people in the state, which could be a threat to Congress party in 2014 elections. Notably, sources said there's only one person from the state who has similar fan base and can even divert the fan base of Jagan. And that person is in Congress party itself. Who that person is? If this is your question, then the answer has to be Chiranjeevi, the dynamic leader and mega star. But, Congress is not making correct use of Chiranjeevi, said observers. Will Congress now at least make Chiru the chief minister candidate for 2014 elections is a million dollar question.
