FDI in RS: AP leaders hit headlines for wrong reasons

In today's FDI voting in Rajya Sabha, three TDP MP s haven't taken part. MP s Sujana Chowdhary, Devender Goud and Sudha Rani haven't attended the voting.  While Devender Goud apparently gave an explanation about his absence, there has been no information as to why other two MP s didn't take part in the voting. Also, it was not known whether TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu knew the absence of these MP s. Devender Goud said he had to attend to a doctor for medical tests due to which he was unable to take part in the voting.

Venkaiah Naidu:

BJP MP Venkaiah Naidu accidentally slipped his tongue in Rajya Sabha during discussion on FDI in retail sector. He called a woman Congress MP 'bewakoof,' which left her in tears. He, however, apologized to Prabha Thakar (the MP who cried) after an uproar in the house. Rajya Sabha deputy chairman P J Kurain has erased that word bewakoof from the records.
