Akbar's police custody ends

Nirmal police have produced MIM legislator Akbaruddin before the court today since the police interrogation concluded. It was four days back that the court permitted Nirmal police to take Akbaruddin into their custody for five days in connection with the hate speech he gave in Nirmal of Adilabad district. Since the interrogation was completed in four days, the police handed over Akbaruddin to the court.

The court will today hear the petition filed to record the voice of Akbaruddin (filed by the police) as Akbaruddin claimed that the voice in the hate speech videos was not of his. In order to ascertain the voice of Akbaruddin, his voice should be recorded and compared and for the same police needs court permission. On the other hand, advocates of Akbaruddin moved petition to recognize him as a special prisoner. This petition would also be heard today.
