Congress MP Subbirami Reddy's statements on Purandareshwari and his desire over Vishakapatnam Lok Sabha seat have been raising the eye brows of many political observers. It is known that Purandareshwari is the current MP of Visakhapatnam, who has been reportedly carrying out welfare programmes and developing the constituency. Therefore, there was a talk that Purandareshwari would be given a ticket to MP seat from the same constituency.

As this news was in air, Subbirami Reddy has swung into action and said Congress high command would give Narsipatnam ticket to Purandareshwari as he would get Vizag ticket. To make a point he said she was earlier given Vizag ticket due to his sacrifice and also stressed that he had been attached to Visakhapatnam for the past 30 years.

Whether Subbirami Reddy's statement is to tell Purandareshwari to move out of his way or indirectly send across signals to Congress high command that he's particular about Vizag MP ticket is a million dollar question now!
