AP Assembly witnessed noisy scenes as expected.  With Telangana Rashtra Samithi MLA shouting "Jai Telangana" and surrounding the Speaker's podium forced him to adjourn for one hour.

The problem arose when the Speaker announced that the question hour was going to be started and all the proposals pressed to introduce in the Assembly by the opposition parties were rejected.

Although the Speaker Nadendla Manohar was requesting the Members to stay calm, go to their respective  seats and to be patient to let the proceedings go so that the Members will get a chance to introduce their proposals,  his requests were ignored and amidst noisy protests mostly came from TRS to the resolution to be passed in the Assembly on Telangana issue, the speaker announced adjournment for half hour.
