Vizianagaram is Garam Garam

Curfew in Vizianagaram is still continuing.  Police forces stepped up their activity to bring the town under control.  They are wielding lathis whenever mobs are coming.  They even went in the houses in Usirikalavari Veedhi, Lanka Veedhi, Jonnagadda and Station Road areas and lathi charged entering inside the houses.

Samaikya activists went out not caring the curfew orders.  When police fired rubber bullets and tear gas shells, they retarted with stone pelting in which many policemen were wounded.

Tension prevailed in Kanyaka Parameswari temple, Kothapeta, VT Agraharam BC Colony, Dasannapeta ring road, Gajularega and Sitam College.  CPRF have beaten up whoever is available on the roads even the persons walking on the roads.  The protest increased when police went in to the houses and lathi charged.  The locals protested police action.

When police beaten up a mason in a house engaged in repairing a wall, locals got wild and went after the police chasing them with stones.  The police force under the order of IG fired in the air.  But on seeing the activists heedlessly running towards them and throwing stones on them, the police attacked and chased them.  The activists have scattered and flew from the scene but the police could get a person eating snacks in the nearby restaurant and dragged him from there.

The scene at Dasannapeta was like a war between police and the protesters.  Eluru Range DGP had to come out personally with a lathi in hand to say the intensity of the situation.  The protesters attacked police with the same tear gas shells that were fired by holding them and throwing on the police.

Police have made a tight security at the residence of PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana as it had been the main target of the activists for the last 3 days.

Police are not able to understand how the protest has gone to that extent and who is behind the movement to take it that far.
