The Telugu Desam Party MPs submitted no confidence notice to the Loksabha Speaker Meira Kumar opposing the State bifurcation move by the Government.
TDP MPs that submitted the notice for no confidence are Nama Nageswara Rao, Nimmala Kishtappa, Siva Prasad, Modugula Venugopal Reddy, Ramesh Rathod and Konakalla Narayana Rao. They assured the speaker that they will gather the strength of 55 MPs from Trunamul Congress, Shiva Sena, DMK and Samajwadi parties by the time the speaker introduces the motion in the parliament.
The Speaker Meira Kumar may introduce the no confidence motion in the Parliament in a couple of days after due consideration in the meanwhile.
