Hero Akkineni Nagarjuna's N-Convention landed in troubles when Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation [GHMC] officials found out that part of the Tummadi Kunta Lake was encroached. GHMC marked the encroached portion in the walls of convention centre and later issued notices to Nagarjuna.

However, Nag approached High Court and managed to get a status quo on it. Well, on Sunday the management of N-Convention centre voluntarily demolished structures that were part of the disputed land. About 25 metres of land was heard to be encroached and the management has removed all the structures in the occupied land.

This is strange move by Nagarjuna and probably he wants to maintain peace with the ruling TRS government. Anyways with the removal of the structures in the encroached land, the issue almost gets sorted. We have to see how the Telangana government and GHMC responds on it and will GHMC avoid further action or not.
