The two members who killed two policemen and injured  few other people were killed this Saturday morning which also took the lives of 2 cops and 2 other cops were left injured.    

It is already known that on April 2nd  Constable Lingaiah and Home Guard Mahesh were killed, and Circle Inspector Moghalaiah and Home Guard Kishore suffered bullet injuries at a bus stand in the Suryapet town. 

Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency (MPTC) member was injured with bullets on his shoulder.  According to the information, the assailants were also seen firing at few cars after the incident that day.

Gangadhar DIG (Hyderabad range) said “two assailants involved in this incident were attacked this morning and killed a constable and injured one Inspector and one SI during an encounter at Mothkur Police Station limits of Nalgonda District.

Police said that police also recovered one carbine that was taken away by assailants of Uttar Pradesh and two country made weapons from the encounter site.    

The police were tracking every movement of the criminals after the Wednesday firing. Few details are even found out by the CCTV footage at the Suryapet bus stop. This footage helped Police to nab the criminals. In the beginning, even though the police suspected the criminals to be from Bihar, now the police feel that they might be from a separate group.

Finally it is well known that  Telangana government already announced the ex-gratia of 25 lakhs to Lingaiah family and 10 lakhs for Mahesh family.
