From July, liquor will be available in tetra packs in Andhra Pradesh. The excise department is making all the arrangements to implement this proposal.
Till date, we are generally aware of the milk and fruit juice availability in tetra packs. But, as per the suggestions of the Excise Department, now the liquor would be available in tetra packs too. The excise officials stated that, six districts of AP bordering Telangana will be affected, if the AP government does not introduce small quantity liquor packs, as per the liquor rates specified.
