The High Court cancels the petition of Stephenson, the witness of TDP MLA Revanth Reddy's cash for vote scam and levies a counter case.
It is known that, the court hearing of Matthaiah and Stephenson cases would be today. And as said, after considering the quash petition of Stephenson, the court cancelled it. Regarding this, Stephenson, who took the issue seriously, laid another petition against the judge to replace him, as Stephenson felt that the judge is showing partiality on Matthaiah.

But to the surprise, even this fresh petition of Stephenson was cancelled by the court, opining that, the court is not showing any such partiality on Matthaiah and concluded that the allegations are just to divert the court from the issue.
Along with this, the other shocking thing is, the court ordered to register the case against Stephenson for violating the rules of the court.

If these situations are taken into consideration, it can be guessed that, stay on Matthaiah’s arrest can be continued for more days. On the other side, Revanth Reddy would be in the police remand for next 13 days, the court declared.
Though KCR and others are alleged for tapping the phones of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and other TDP officials and are threatened, there is no such direct action taken on the Telangana officials. In that sense, this is the first shock for a Telangana official regarding the cash for vote scam. If this continues, then within no time, the Telangana government might be in the threat.
