TRS MPs protest for separate High Court

Demanding for a separate High Court in Telangana, the TRS MPs protested opposite Parliament holding the placards.

Even after one and half year after the bifurcation of the Telugu states, i.e., Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, there is no such proper conclusion on establishment of the separate High Court in Telangana. The same High Court is being used for both the states together.

It seems, this has disturbed the TRS leaders and also made them put a pressure on the centre, regarding the issue. But as the results are found fruitless, the TRS MPs along with MP Kavitha, had protested opposite Parliament in Delhi, demanding the separate high court in the newly established Telangana.

Hyderabad High Court reaction on Separate High Court for Telangana issue

Reacting to the issue, Hyderabad High Court officials said that, they are unable to mobilize to AP as the Capital is not yet ready and so asked for 3-4 years time to react positively towards Telangana's High Court. So, they further said that, they will continue to carry on the operations of both the state issues.

For setting up a High Court, along with the general issues, there are even many other political issues, which have to be taken care and step out scrutinizing various measures. So hope the centre clears all those issues soon and come out with a favourable judgment to Telangana.
