It seems it is some strategy of Telangana Chief Minister KCR, behind not suspending Jana Reddy from Telangana assembly house.

When assembly meetings are held, all the opposition parties demanded to solve the farmer suicides issue and demanded to waive all the farmer loans at one instance. Regarding this, the opposition parties, even warned to conduct bandh on 10th of this month.
    
Even after speaker and KCR tried to explain the situation, no one tried to listen to them and strengthened the protest in the assembly. As the situation went out of control, the  speaker had to suspend all the opposition leaders from the rest of the assembly sessions.

Errabelli Dayakar Rao, who has a tough rivalry escaped from the suspension, as he did not attend the assembly, so there is a valid reason in his case. But the thing is, even though Jana Reddy is seen outside of the assembly, the speaker could not suspend him from the assembly sessions.

Jana Reddy forced to criticize KCR, for existence in Congress

Now the political analysts say that, the reason behind this is, KCR and Jana Reddy holds a very healthy relation between them and the former do not want to disturb it. Surprisingly, even Jana Reddy did not utter against the KCR or Telangana government that day and that even strengthened the buzz.

But this is creating a problem with Jana Reddy’s political career as he is facing several criticisms from Congress party leaders. So he is trying his best to prove that, he is dedicated to serve people through Congress party, trying to mask up his friendship with KCR. It might be due to this, he boycotted the house for the remaining days.     

Not stopping there, though not in KCR’s presence, Jana Reddy finally criticized his friend for not able to waive the farmer loans and for suspending the opposition leaders for all the assembly sessions. He said, “Instead of giving an assurance, how can he suspend the opposition leaders, this is just to make up his faults.”
