YSRCP chief Jagan Mohan Reddy blamed Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, alleging that, he was behind the former Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, YS Raja Shekar Reddy’s death.
On September 2nd, 2009, YSR left his breath in a helicopter crash, and the incident was out, after performing several hours of searching operations in Nallamala forest.
The incident deeply saddened the state, and Jagan, who could not stay in Congress party, came out and launched YSRCP, referring his father’s name.
There are no instances, where Jagan complained about his father’s death or blamed any politician for it. Though a few YSRCP leaders blamed Sonia Gandhi in the beginning, Jagan stayed away from making such comments.
But it is now, six years after YSR’s death, Jagan is making the allegations against Naidu, saying that, he is the reason for YSR’s helicopter crash.
Speaking about the proofs of these allegations, Jagan said, Naidu many times warned his father that he would finish off soon.
“Just before two days of the fatal crash, Naidu warned publicly, that my father will not return back to the assembly. Why is CBI ignoring this angle,” Jagan questioned.
Being an opposition party leader, Jagan Mohan Reddy would not leave any stone not thrown towards Naidu. He tried to repeatedly corner Naidu in phone conversation, cash for vote and several other issues.
So, when Jagan is that particular about all such matters, how can he omit his own father death issue, even after he know that Naidu was behind it?
So, basing on the analysis above, the analysts opine that, Jagan comments are baseless and is making such false allegations, just with the intention of defaming the government in the state.
Another interesting point is, the same Botsa Satyanarayana, who earlier blamed Jagan for YSR’s death, is now working in YSRCP.
