Tamil Nadu Governor C Vidyasagar Rao approved the recommendations of chief minister-designate Edappadi K Palaniswami on Thursday. He has appointed a 31-member cabinet. The swearing-in ceremony will take place at Raj Bhavan at 4.30pm today.

Palaniswami got the portfolios of public, police, home, finance, PWD, highways and minor ports and personnel and administrative reforms.

K A Sengottaiyan will be the only new face in Palaniswami's cabinet. He had replaced K Pandiarajan who was the education minister. Here is the list of members in Palaniswami's cabinet:
