Jayalalithaa’s Death Anniversary Today:- Tamil Nadu’s Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa passed away on December 5th last year leaving the whole country in shock. A political vacuum has been created across the state which cannot be replaced. After battling for life for over 75 days, Jayalalithaa breathed her last in Apollo Hospitals, Chennai. The people of Tamil Nadu now miss an able administrator who dominated in the male dominant Indian politics. Jayalalithaa turned out to be a role model for many and was an inspiration for the youth. The future of All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) has been left puzzled and nothing much changed after her demise. The party got shattered into pieces and is slowly recovering now.

It was after the demise of Jayalalithaa, Sasikala has been sent to jail and the recent Income Tax raids shocked Sasikala and her family members. With the demise of Jayalalithaa, many actors like Kamal Haasan and Rajinikanth expressed their interest of joining the politics to fill in the vacuum.
