Green Tea has antimicrobal properties that prevents the growth of bacteria and viruses. Green tea gives you a nutritious diet and helps you get a sufficient sleep and will boost immunity. It keeps your body healthy.

Turmeric Tea:

Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric helps the human body in several ways. It is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral. Turmeric will also boost immunity and gives a strong disease preventing potential. Honey and lemon juice can be added to the turmeric tea ad it adds essential vitamin C.
