Varanasi Balakrishna, Manager of the State Bank of India of Ramabhadrapuram Branch, Saluru, Vizianagaram cheated the Bank by drawing 1.83 crores of rupees under fictitious names.  He showed on the records that loans were sanctioned to those fictitious account holders....
