Ace shuttler was grandly felicitated by the Andhra Pradesh Government on Tuesday after she returned her home town with Indonesian Open title for the third time.  Addressing the media, Saina Nehwal has exuded confidence that badminton would one day become the number one sport in the country. Saina Nehwal, who happens to be world number five shuttler, has been trained at Pullela Gopichand Academy in Gachchibowli.

Saina gave the credit to the co-players for their tremendous practice. She said winning another international title just ahead of London Olympics was a great boost to her. Further, she said her victory would apparently become an inspiration to young shuttlers.
