Master Blaster claims that team India will trounce back in the ongoing ODI series against Pakistan on home grounds and grab the edge over the arch rivals.

Sachin Tendulkar who left a deep void in the ODI front order for the home team, post his sudden retirement from the format, expressed that the India would bounce back and win the series.

In the second ODI the home team would be meeting the rivals on Thursday (December 03), at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. All things are set for a crucial finish in the match that is a part of the three games series.

In the first game Pakistan won the game, while the Indians would like to avenge the defeat at Kolkata. However records favor Pak team, as in the last match played here between the two teams, India lost by six wickets in the BCCI Platinum Jubilee tourney.

On the contrary, the Rajya Sabha MP, Tendulkar was confident that India would be back in the attack and level the series by posting a win at the second ODI.

While wishing all his fans, a 'Happy New Year' and thanked them for their support on his retirement, he turned nostalgic.

After playing for 23 long years he said that though he had retired, his heart was always with the team and hoped for their success. (Wishesh AarKay)
