India's ace shuttler Saina Nehwal reached the finals of the Australian Super Series on Saturday morning defeating world number two and top seed Chinese Shixian Wang in three sets.  The semi-finals lasted for one hour and 16 minutes and is a three set one in which Saina won in the end with 21-19 16-21 21-15 scores.

This Saina's fifth victory over Shixian Wang and first win this year. Immediately after winning Saina tweeted about her victory expressing her happiness. “Beat world number 2 wang shixian in a tough 3 game match. Through to the final of the Australian Open super series!,” posted Saina in her micro blogging account.

If Saina wins the finals, she win a price money of USD 750,000.
