Akkineni Akhil has disappointed the fans by delaying the announcement of his debut film. Yesterday Akkineni Nageswara Rao's birthday, 'Manam' 100 days and 'Oka Laila Kosam' platinum disc functions were hosted at Shilpakala vedika in which fans demanded Akhil to make a statement about his entry into Tollywood.

So for the first time speaking at a filmy event, Akhil said fans should be patient regarding his debut. He also added that his introduction should be bang on target rather than being an ordinary one. “Fans should wait some more time for my entry. I want enter the Tollywood with a blockbuster flick, so I'm waiting for the right script. After the release of 'Oka Laila Kosam' I will announce my debut film details in Vijayawada,” said Akhil.

'Oka Laila Kosam' theatrical release has been pushed to November, so we can expect Akhil's announcement in December.
