Kerintha team had to face an opposition during the success tour in Srikakulam.
 
Kerintha, the movie that released on a low profile managed to collect Rs.4 crores on the first day itself. The one man who strongly believed in the script of the film is Dil Raju, the producer of the flick. Though there are divided talks in the beginning that, the film resembles earlier hit films, finally it managed to make a good business.

So to celebrate the occasion, the movie unit has planned a success tour and started visiting the theaters in the dual Telugu states. As a part of the tour, they even had to visit Srikakulam theaters. Here comes the actual problem.

In the film, there is a character called Paarvatheesham, who thoroughly entertained the audience with his comedy timing in Srikakulam slang. But unfortunately in that term called 'AUDIENCE', a few of the Srikakulam students are absent.

The students argued that, how come Dil Raju makes fun of Srikakulam slang in the film, with some cheap comedy. They stopped the movie crew vehicle, from moving out of the place and even threw eggs on Dil Raju. Finally, the producer had to come forward and say sorry. It is then, they allowed the crew to move from the place.

There are many instances, where the Srikakulam slang is used in the films, but it did not object much. The reason behind objecting now, might be because of the bifurcation of the states.

However, though the states are bifurcated, hope the film industry remains the one and the same and entertain the dual states audience.
