Rajinikanth Resumes The Shoot Of Kaala:- Superstar Rajinikanth has been facing health issues from sometime however he has been busy with his films. The actor wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 in the direction of Shankar which is said to be the costliest Indian film. Made on a budget of Rs 450 crores, 2.0 features Amy Jackson as the female lead and Akshay Kumar is essaying the role of the lead antagonist. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie has been aimed for Republic Day release next year. Rajinikanth managed to wrap up his part for the film and he moved on to his next project.

The actor signed his next movie titled Kaala in the direction of PA Ranjith which is said to be a gangster drama. Rajinikanth will be seen in a new look and the first schedule of the film has been wrapped up in Mumbai. Nana Patekar, Huma Qureshi, Samuthirakani are the other lead actors in the movie which is currently under shoot. The second schedule of the film started today in Chennai in a specially erected set which will reprise Mumbai slums. The set has been erected in Chennai Film City and Rajinikanth will shoot for his part without any breaks as of now. He will be playing a gangster in the movie which is announced to release during summer next year.

Rajinikanth has been to USA for a regular checkup and he returned back to the country during the weekend. With not much break, he started shooting for the film and his family sources informed that he is extremely well. Rajinikanth’s son-in-law Dhanush is producing Kaala on Wunderbar Films banner. PA Ranjith earlier worked with Rajinikanth for Kabali and he impressed the actor with a script which is Kaala. There are strong rumours that Rajinikanth will make his entry into politics however things will be officially announced soon.
