Shahid – Sonam Kapoor are paired opposite each other for the first time. The Movie, right from the first day of its launch was much talked about. Even when the recent trailers of this soon to be released film were out, the looks of both Shahid and Sonam seemed to be refreshing. But, everything is not going good with ‘Mausam’ that is scheduled for a release on September 16th.

A small time producer Nawman Malik of B – Town, filed a complaint against the film makers of ‘Mausam’, stating that the title ‘Mausam’ was registered by Malik, couple of years back and without his concern, the film makers of ‘Mausam’ had copied the title.

Malik also puts allegations on the Director of the film, Pankaj Kapoor, who is Shahid’s father, for copying the story that told by Malik. ‘I met Pankaj couple of years back, when I used to work as a Assistant Director for many Television Serials and Films. I narrated this story to Pankaj, who was very keen after listening the same, to make a film on this story, starring Shahid as a Hero. After some years, I see Pankaj making his directorial Debut with the story and title narrated by me, without even my concern’, says Malik.
