National Award Winner Director Bala’s another creation, ‘Vaadu – Veedu’, starring Vishal and Arya. The film is a dubbed version of a Tamil film ‘Avan – Ivan’. As per Director Bala, it is said by the Director himself that he had tried making a entertainer, in his style. Now weather the film has managed to entertain the audience or failed to succeed will be known as follows;

Story: 

The Story basically revolves around two step brothers Walter and Dandalu Saami, who cannot live without each other. They are thieves by profession. The two are very much attached to their Hyness, who is like a protector to that village, and who has no one to be took care. Once, the Hyness happens to take panga with the ‘Bad Guy’, in the village, now the rest of the story is all about how, do this two step brothers, help their Hyness, to win the Battle, by fighting against the Negative.

Analysis: 

It seems Director Bala has tried to make a out and out entertainer, in the film. For the first time, the Director has tried for a comedy sequences in the film. Well, initially, the take off of the film was very good.  Director has succeeded in making the first half of the film, very entertaining. But, the second half appeared to be a bit slow. A telugu audience can definitely experience a lot of Tamil flavor in the film. Even the Heroines of the film appear while the film moves on and not have much of a Job to do. Director Bala might be very perfect in picturising certain Jorner and realistic films. But, he would have made tis film, even better.

Performances:

Hero Vishal, who appeared on – screen, after about two years, have proved himself as a Actor, with this film. Another Hero, Aarya also have done a excellent Job. Heroines Janani Iyer and Madhushalini, have done their bit, as they do not have much of a scope to showcase their performance. GM Kumar, Ambika and Prabha have given their best as per the roles given to them.

Technicalities:

The Music, composed by Yuvan Shanker Raja was good, but, fitted as per the film itself. Cinematography by Wilson, was upto the mark. The Editing done by, Suresh was okey. The screenplay given by Director Bala, could have been even better, considering the past films of this Director. But, there were certain scenes and sequences that were much unrelated to the film.
