Story
The basic theme of the story revolves around inter-religious marriages and the hindrances such families face with the parents. Suleiman, (Vishnu) is the son of an espoused daughter who married a Muslim. Narasimha Rayudu (Prabhu) chooses to jettison her daughter after she marries a Muslim. The family saviour is the grandson, Suleiman. He tries to reunite the families for a textbook happy ending but he is faced with several hurdles.
He tries to convince Rayudu in the disguise of one Krishna Sastry. The comedy track and the way his wins the heart of his grandfather makes the rest of the movie.
Analysis :
The movie doesn't have a great story to flaunt. Dialogues are not cheesy but have healthy humor at most times throughout. A decent story and a good screenplay make it all the more watchable. Well thought out characters and a good script for a comedy-oriented movie are appreciated. Chakri and Yuvan Shankar Raja's contribution to the music is fine. Slick editing job in the movie.
FWith the expectations bar set too low for a movie from Manchu Vishnu, this film can easily score at the box office. With entertainment as the sole idea of the movie, the movie delivers but for a few nitty-gritty glitches that may be neglected.
With the performance aspects in mind, Denikaina Ready is a decent film to watch.
Performance :
Now that Vishnu is back to what he does best, we can expect high quality entertainment akin to his Dhee. His performance has improved significantly over the past movies. His partnership with Brahmanandam and MS Narayana can't stop tickling your funny bones through out. The emotional content of the movie is not lacking though as Suman, Seetha and other senior actors do a commendable job.
Hansika however is disappointing with her figure and action. She should definitely hit the gym and lose a few kilos. Audience feel that she has grown unacceptably fat to be a heroine with such expectations.
Brahmanandam is excellent with his part, a major role for the success of the film.
Final Word: Denikaina Ready is a good comedy-oriented movie and a thorough entertainer throughout the length. Relaxingly good for a few chuckles.
