Hate Story 2 is the second installment of revenge drama Hate Story. Small screen stars Surveen Chawla and Jay Bhanushali are main leads while Vishal Pandya directed the movie.

Story :
Sonica [Surveen] and Akshay [Jay] are couple who are madly in love with each other. A local politician by name Mandar [Sushant] also loves Sonica but gets to know that she is already in relation with Akshay. Irked this Mandar attacks Akshya and sexually assaults Sonica.
The rest of the story is how Sonica takes revenge on Mandar.
Analysis :
Bollywood makers should stop making films on lady revenge drama flick unless a script that really appeals. They are repeating the same storyline with addition of high glamour content. But their tactic won't work this time.
The story though is a routine one, if execution was good, then Hate Story 2 would have attracted audience. Unconvincing scenes, illogical stroyline make things worst for this film.
Direction is poor, Cinematography is just okay and coming to the music, only one song appeals to the music lovers and falls short visually.
Performance :
Sushant Singh is the showstopper of the film. His antics are extremely good and probably, Hate Story 2 can be watched for him instead of Surveen. Jaya Bhanushali has no scope in this film at all. Surveen is good and showed more than needed. Sushanth and Surveen perform to their strength.
Final Word:Hate Story 2 can be easily skipped and forgettable.
