All Is Well Analysis

All Is Well Movie Review and Ratings

All is well story is inspired from a legendary character from Hindu mythology, Shravan Kumar. The first half drains, and gives s clear hint that there is nothing in second half. Everything goes very plane and most of the scenes appears predictable.

But to the shock, a few miracles take place in the second half. Especially Abhishek realizing and apologizing his father is emotional and might be applauded for that episode. Other than that, ‘All is well’ lacks all the elements, not a single element is carried forward perfectly in the film.

Performance

Stars like Abhishek Bachchan, Rishi Kapoor, Supriya Pathak Kapur are no doubt very talented actors. But there in nothing much to expose their talent in ‘All is Well’ movie, as the movie plot itself is a blunder.

Rishi Kapoor and Abhishek characters tried to show arrogance, but as the scenes do not demand much, they could not expose the arrogance as expected. Asin character is not elevated much as Abhishek is not interested in her in the film. Sonakshi Sinha’s song is the only relief for the masses in the theatre.

Himesh Reshammiya and Amaal Malik’s music is good, and the way, the songs are pictured are not up to the level of audio songs. Screenplay is completely a mess. The narration levels are poor and moreover, there is no uniqueness in the script. Dialogues are just ok. Production values are rich, but for a plot like All is Well’, spending much might put the producer in threat.

Finally director Umesh Shukla who earlier gave a though provoking film like Oh My God had disappointed the audience this time. However he tried to put a message at the end, showing the son realizing his mistake and apologizing the father. But that again lacks uniqueness as many earlier old Bollywood films already showcased it.

All Is Well Final Word

All is well has nothing new to say. In fact, it might not be liked by the fans of the legendary actors in the film too. So, it can be simply put aside.
