She made her B – Town debut close to a decade ago. Resembling more of a Tom Boy and less of a Heroine. She managed to do couple of B Grade films, then. Slowly, she started getting offers from South. She has done couple of films in Telugu and Tamil as well. Though certain films like ‘Surya S/O Krishnan’ made her get recognized as an actress and films like this projected her as a ‘Beautiful’ girl as well, but nothing seemed working positive for her career. She then turned an Item Girl, have done some songs in some films, but nothing as proved her worth even as an Item Girl.

Now, she is acting in a K – Town film opposite Vishal and this film being directed by Prabhu Deva. The shooting of this film is running towards the completion. The film is supposed to be a love – action entertainer. On the other hand, we have come to know that Sameera is really working very hard to keep upto the expectations of the director and the role in the film.

Sameera, these days is keen and letting all the film makers of B – Town and South film industries know that she is interested in either doing all those ‘bold’ films, with experimental story lines and also be an Item girl, no matter in any film of any hero.

What else can an actress who has still not been in lime light despite of making her acting debut couple of years back can wish for?

Hope Sameera would atleast succeed in this new path that she has chosen!
