simple tips to have a wonderful day

We talk about what not in this section. Right from depression to stress, from time management to enhancing our bond with our loved ones, almost every aspect would have been talked about. But how to manage our mornings, to let our day be perfect and filled with happiness? I have found 3 tips for a perfect day… want to know? Read further;

What is that one thing you hate to face in the morning? Alarm… right? It is so annoying and loud, makes us irritated right in the first moment of our morning. Why to face it? Let your Alarm be soothing or in a vibration mode. If you are worried about this soothing sound will not let you wake up, then do not put alarm continuously, instead choose for an option of the alarm continuing for certain amount of time and then switching off automatically.

Every morning, rather than filling our stomach with a heavy and oily breakfast like puri or dosa, sacrifice on our taste and let’s start our day with a lighter food like sprouts, cereals, wheat bread toast and some fruits and a juice of course… definitely you will start feeling light and would be able to handle multi tasking with an ease.

Enjoying and loving what we do is the mantra of relieving from stress, no matter how much the work load is. Apply the same when you are handling household work, including cook. Do the works by loving it… you can try putting on your favorite music and then go for completing your kitchen and household work. You can for sure see the difference when the work is completed. The dishes cooked will be tastier and the work done will be perfect, just like you are.
