After a haircut, you look your finest, of course only if you have a decent enough barber. And the finest looks are because of the well defined hair. Over a period of time, your hair grows beyond the point where it can look that defined though it is not overgrown to need a haircut.
What I'm trying to say is a couple of weeks after your haircut, your hair length is not long enough to get a hair cut but it also loses the perfect look it had only days ago. To get that crisp look, trim your hairline with an electric trimmer.
Try to remove all those obnoxious stray strands of hair extending beyond your hairline on your temple, neck and back while giving it a defined sharp shape. Although you can do it yourself for the temple part, you should ask someone at your house to do it for you on the neck and back. Also, try to taper down the trimming on the back instead of a block cut, for it lasts longer.
Look dapper 365 days.
