How Emotions can impact Relationships?:- In a relationship, the way we present ourselves, behave, and are ourselves is greatly influenced by the emotions we experience. “Developing emotional awareness can help us understand how our emotions influence our attitudes and interactions, and help us make conscious decisions about our words, actions, and actions. This allows us to move away from reacting and towards reacting,” writes therapist Lucille Shackleton. Communication is influenced by the emotions we feel. The way we express ourselves, the words we use, and the tone we speak are directly influenced by our emotions. Emotions also influence our perspective. We become aware of the world and what is happening around us through the emotions we experience. Strong emotions can interfere with conflict management skills. Instead of addressing the conflict, we may choose to make it worse. Our emotions guide our decisions. The decisions we make are influenced by the emotions we feel about the matter at hand. The emotions we feel also influence our performance towards ourselves, our partners, and our relationships. Therefore, priorities and self-awareness are key.

Time Capsule dating back to 1920 found in USA:- Construction workers discovered a time capsule from 1920 in the rubble during a demolition project at Owatonna High School in Owatonna, Minnesota. The capsule was discovered when construction workers were demolishing the front pillars and doors of the school. The time capsule was decoded today during a community event. Items found inside included a 1920 list of Owatonna Public Schools teachers and administrators and a high school magnet. Also found inside the time capsule were the school newspaper, three local newspapers, and financial reports. A time capsule is a collection of objects assembled to preserve the memory of a place. Time capsules can also capture an experience or group of people at a specific point in time. He said: “We were thrilled to discover that a time capsule had been placed in the cornerstone of our high school. It's always inspiring to learn about the visionaries who build schools.'' Many things are similar to what would be included in a time capsule, such as newspapers and local history. He said he enjoyed finding articles that specifically provided information about the school at the time. The Owatonna High School Museum Committee worked with the Steele County Historical Society to dry and preserve the items. Once preserved, a decision will be made as to which pieces will be displayed at the school and which will be transferred to the Historical Society's collection. Jeff said the discovery had enabled the community to gather information about local history. He said he and the Owatonna High School Museum Committee appreciated the historical significance of the time capsule. Jeff said he is committed to preserving history for posterity.

Therefore, this decision of the Commission comes as a huge relief to the Janasena, TDP and the BJP. For Janasena, the problem is still not completely resolved. Parties such as Navaln Congress Party and Jatiya Janasena Party are trying to confuse voters with symbols resembling glass tambars and candidate names similar to Janasena candidates. The Navalny Congress Party has a bucket symbol resembling a glass cup and its candidate names are similar to Janasena candidates in many seats. Jatiya Janasena Party is trying to confuse voters by using party and candidate names similar to JSP candidates. However, these are technical issues and the Election Commission may not be able to assist in this scenario. In the Telangana elections, the scooter, stick and road roller chapatti symbols, which are similar to the BRS car symbol, received a significant amount of votes due to symbol confusion. BRS supporters claim these symbols led to candidates' defeats in closely contested seats. BRS consulted the Election Commission and took this issue to court, but no relief was obtained. According to TDP leaders, Jagan has rewarded those who assisted him in becoming the CM by granting them various benefits, either within the government or using public funds. YCP activists were given village/ward volunteer positions, while over 25 individuals who supported him throughout his journey in life were appointed as government advisors. These individuals receive substantial salaries and enjoy numerous government allowances. Additionally, Jagan is still distributing public funds and urging people to vote for him, claiming that he has merely redirected the funds. I knew how to smoke, but I didn't actually smoke...you know what I mean. But as a character, you can't just pretend.
