Picnic Eggs quick recipe

Sounding good right? So why to wait, let us know, how to prepare it.


250 g (pre-cooked) ham slices, which are thoroughly chopped

30 g grated cheese

10 boiled eggs, which are peeled and cut lengthwise exactly into half

2 raw eggs, which are beaten until it gets fluffy. This is for frying

7 green chillies, finely chopped

2 onions, thoroughly chopped and fried into a baghar.

Sufficient semolina

Oil, for deep frying

Preparation of Picnic Eggs

Take the boiled eggs and separate the whites and yolks.

Then mash the boiled egg yolks.

Mix the onions and ham together and add the mix in the chilli, cheese and egg yolks.

Mix the whole thing, until it becomes malleable   

Roll into the balls. Stuff it into the egg whites, which are boiled.

Join the two halves of the egg together.

Dip this mix into the beaten egg and later into the semolina. Finally deep fry it.

Your Picnic eggs are ready to serve your loved ones.
