High Court Shocks AP Government On Insider Trading:- The Andhra Pradesh High Court shocked the government of AP on the insider trading which created a sensation about the capital lands in Amaravati. The High Court rejected the petition that is filed by the AP government against Kilaru Rajesh and others who are named to have participated in the insider trading and benefited big time in the capital lands issue. Kilaru Rajesh filed a quash petition against the Andhra Pradesh government and the High Court heard the argument of both the sides.

After completing the arguments, the Andhra Pradesh High Court announced that no insider trading took place in Amaravati, the capital of Andhra Pradesh. The court also said that the IPC sections will not be applicable in the case. The farmers of Amaravati have been protesting from more than a year against the three capital rule that is introduced by the government of Andhra Pradesh. The Amaravati farmers donated lands in huge amounts and the executive capital of the state is planned to be moved to Vizag. The plans came to a halt after the arrival of the coronavirus pandemic. The decision of the High Court left the government of Andhra Pradesh in shock regarding the insider trading.
